How does video discovery billing work?

Video discoveries such as YouTube search, channel listings, playlist listings, and TikTok profile lookups cost one credit per page. Failed jobs release their hold in full.

What happens when credits run out?

Buy more credits, any amount from 1,000 to 100,000 at your plan rate per 1,000 ($8, $7 or $6) with 10% off from 10,000 and 20% off from 50,000, or upgrade your plan. Purchased credits never expire.

Do failed jobs cost anything?

No. A failed job releases its reservation in full. You only pay for a transcript that actually succeeds.

Can I export a saved transcript more than once?

Yes, as many times as needed. TXT, JSON, SRT and VTT exports are free and never billed twice.
